This can be done via this link: https://meetings.hubspot.com/eloomi, which can also be accessed by clicking on the Support Hub on the home page and then clicking Schedule a session with our support team.
Once you have booked a date and time, you will be taken to this page containing a form that you will have to fill out:
At the bottom of the form, you will find an option to state what you would like covered in the session:
We strongly recommend stating your request with as much detail as possible. This allows our support team to properly assess the request and get assistance from our engineers before the meeting if the request is of a very technical nature. And in so doing, our support agents can enter the meeting well prepared to assist you with your request.
