On eloomi Helpdesk and Intercom, we mainly provide customer service in English. This is mainly because our support team is made up of international agents spanning several time zones. Therefore, to collaborate effectively and efficiently, we primarily use English in our support team.
However, being a Danish company based in Denmark, we also provide customer service in Danish to customers whom we are contractually obliged to provide Danish-language support for.
All in all, our main goal is to ensure that a high level of customer service is guaranteed and we do this by continually optimising our internal procedures, workflows and protocols.
